Guar Protein

Shree Ram India Gums Ltd. is a leading manufacturer and supplier of Guar Protein, a high-quality protein source with excellent water and fat binding properties. The protein concentrate is extracted from the guar meals by steaming process, then toasting, splitting, and micronization. The heat treatment reduces the anti-nutritional factors. And micronization increases the solubility and digestibility. Due to its solubility, excellent water, and fat-binding properties, Guar Protein has become an ideal supplement or partial substitute for fishmeal, soy bean meal, and gluten.

Shree Ram India Gums Ltd has pioneered Guar Protein with the only commercial plant that can serve the customers with varied protein content from 56 to 80%; available in different forms—powder and granular. It is used as a protein-rich feed ingredient for livestock, poultry, and aquaculture. Guar Protein (HP-75) is our brand of Guar Meal with minimum protein content of 71%, off-white in colour and granular in form.

We believe, by doing this, we are using an indigenous crop to create a better alternative for other protein sources like soya, pea and rice.
